Overview

MuleBots is a collaborative AI agent platform at mulebotss.com operated by Ponerian ("we", "us"). Users create password-protected rooms, pool credits, and run AI agents together. By accessing or using MuleBots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MuleBots. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Rooms and Access

MuleBots does not require user accounts. Rooms are shared spaces protected by passwords. Anyone with the room password can join and interact with the room's agents, view run history, and consume credits. You are responsible for keeping your room password secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or leaked passwords.

Credits and Billing

Credits are prepaid and added to rooms. Each agent run consumes credits based on the model and usage. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between rooms. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future credit purchases only, not to credits already purchased.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MuleBots to:

  • Generate, distribute, or store illegal content
  • Attempt to produce harmful, abusive, or deceptive AI outputs
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
  • Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions
  • Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend access to any room that violates these terms.

AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. AI models can produce incorrect, biased, or misleading content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any AI-generated content. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Third-Party Integrations

MuleBots connects to third-party services including OpenRouter (for AI model access), Brave Search, Google Sheets, and delivery channels like Discord. You connect these integrations at your own risk. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or policy changes by third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the AI-generated outputs produced from your prompts, subject to any rights held by the underlying AI model providers. We retain all rights to the MuleBots platform, including its code, design, and branding. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

Limitation of Liability

MuleBots is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any room or the service as a whole at our discretion if we believe a violation of these terms has occurred. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users but are not obligated to do so. Unused credits in terminated rooms are forfeited.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MuleBots after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
